We generate leads (name, email, phone, service details) for house cleaning services and sell them to cleaning businesses. Leads are provided “as is” with no guarantee of conversion or accuracy beyond reasonable verification efforts (e.g., valid contact details).
Leads are sold as exclusive ($20-$30) or shared ($10-$20). Payment is due upon receipt of leads via agreed methods (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer). No refunds for non-converting leads.
We are not liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising from lead use, including non-conversion or client disputes, to the extent permitted by Iowa law. Users assume all risks associated with lead follow-up.
